MIAMI (AP) – The Coast Guard has repatriated 32 Cuban migrants to Bahia de Cabañas, Cuba after encountering them on four boats at sea.

The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1L4vCgb) reports the migrants, 31 men and one woman, were repatriated Wednesday. Coast Guard Sector Key West received information of a 15-foot migrant boat northeast of Key Largo June 6. Eight Cubans were on board.

Ten more Cuban migrants were discovered southeast of Key West by U.S. Customs and Border Protection June 7.

On June 8, Border Protection spotted another vessel south of Key West. Nine Cuban migrants were taken into custody.

Two days later, a fourth vessel containing five Cuban migrants was discovered.

Officials say each migrant received food, water, shelter and basic medical attention and were taken back to Cuba.
