Men wanted in connection to razor thefts totaling $12K

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Detectives need your help to put a pair of grand theft suspects behind bars.

The theft took place on May 16 around 5 a.m. at the Wal-Mart located on the 1600 block of Del Prado Boulevard South.

Wal-Mart loss prevention employees say a man grabbed a bag off a shelf and went directly to the razor aisle where he selected multiple razors and hid them in the bag.

The man then left the store without paying for the razors. The suspect ran into the parking lot where he was picked up by a silver SUV.

Fifty-one, non-electric razors were taken with a total value of $1,864.19.

The same man and an accomplice attempted to take more razors the following week on May 21, around 2:30 a.m., but were stopped by store employees.

Police say the same men are wanted in connection with numerous retail thefts of razors all over Southwest Florida, totaling more than $12,000.
