CAPE CORAL, Fla.- The anonymous donor who initially upped the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who murdered TJ Maxx manager Al Griffiths has now committed to increasing the reward to $25,000.

“There is clear, unequivocal determination to find the person who took Al’s life that tragic night last November,” said Trish Routte, Crime Stoppers Coordinator. “While we have always hoped that someone who knows anything about Al’s killer would come forward simply because it’s the right thing to do, we understand that money is often an incentive, and if the additional $25,000 will encourage someone to help police solve this crime, then it’s worth every penny.”

The $25,000 reward from the anonymous donor is for the arrest and conviction of Al Griffiths’ killer, and the $1,000 reward from Crime Stoppers is for the perpetrator’s arrest.

Anyone with information on the person who murdered Al Griffiths is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $25,000 from the anonymous donor and $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
