Police investigate report of ‘peeping Tom’ at Naples restaurant

NAPLES, Fla.- Police are investigating a report of a peeping Tom.

A woman told officers a man put his head underneath a restroom stall while she was going to the bathroom.

It happened Saturday just after 8:30 a.m. at the public restroom located in Ridgway Bar & Grill.

The victim told police she saw movement underneath the stall and when she looked down a man was watching her. They made eye contact and he smiled at her.

The victim said she screamed at the top of her lungs and ran out of the restroom. The victim then saw the unknown man exit the female bathroom and run southbound behind the bar located at 1300 3rd Street South.

The victim described the suspect as being of Hispanic descent, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing between 140 to 155 pounds. The victim said the suspect also had black hair, yellow teeth, and was wearing a short sleeve stripe tan shirt and tan long pants.
