LEE COUNTY, Fla.- New information in the WINK News exclusive investigation revealing unapproved radar guns used for years in Southwest Florida. WINK News broke the news last week that the unapproved radar called the Python II has been being used as far back as 2004 and that nearly 52,000 speeding tickets have been issued by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office since then. We have now learned the problem goes back farther than first thought.
