Deputies search for suspect in Lee County home invasions

LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A man accused of breaking into at least three homes is on the run.

A 15-year old says a man in a ski mask woke her up in the middle of the night on Saturday, demanding money.

It happened along Howard Street, off Ortiz Avenue.

The teen says the man put a gun to her chest and led her into the bathroom before leaving.

Deputies say the same man is suspected in two other, similar home invasions in this neighborhood.

The 15-year old wasn’t hurt.
