NAPLES, Fla.- A man was arrested for indecent exposure, accused of flashing a man who is disabled. Thursday, the victim says he was approached by 75-year-old Vito Evola who exposed his genitals while at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. During the incident, police say Evola requested the victim perform a sexual act on him. Officials were able to locate and identify Evola of Ontario, Canada, on the Naples Beach Hotel property. According to authorities, Evola admitted to conversing with the disabled victim. He is now facing charges of lewd or lascivious act on a disabled person.
