Body found in Cape Coral canal

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- A man found dead in a Cape Coral canal.

The body was found Friday afternoon onLucerne Parkway not far from the Cape Coral Yacht Club.

Neighbors called police when an abandoned boat was seen floating down the canal around 3 p.m.

The man’s identity has not been released.
