Cape Coral softball coach arrested for alleged inappropriate conduct with student released on bondA prom like no other at Golisano Children’s Hospital
COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- A man is heading to prison for three decades for killing his neighbor in 2014. Deputies say Robert Moulton shot and killed Sergey Chepchugov last May, ending a decade-long feud. Moulton took a plea deal with prosecutors, pleading no contest to a second degree murder charge. He did face life in prison although at the age of 62, Moulton will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars. In 2014, Moulton killed his neighbor after years of disputes. There was a motion set for next week to suppress video evidence of this crime occurring. Prosecutors took that into account but say they’re satisfied with this outcome. Moulton’s wife Deborah has also been charged with second degree murder. However, she has been ruled incompetent to stand trial and is headed back to a state hospital for further evaluation.
