MGN Online APOPKA, Fla. (AP) – One man is dead and three people are seriously injured after being stabbed in Florida. The Orlando Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1cbH4cu) reports deputies found four stabbing victims, two women and two men, near Apopka Sunday morning. Police say 22-year-old Marcos Alvaraez-Jimenez was pronounced dead at a hospital. The other three victims were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. Police arrested 24-year-old Daniel Leija and charged him with first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. A sheriff’s spokeswoman says the victims knew Leija and that the stabbings were a domestic violence incident. The names of the other three victims haven’t been released. They are all expected to recover. It is unclear if Leija has a lawyer.
