OLD TOWN SPRING, Texas- An alligator trainer is recovering after one of his animals bit him during a demonstration. More than 100 people were watching as one of the trainers taps the 9 foot gator’s head several times. Then, the gator snaps. Even with blood dripping from his arm, the trainer continued the demonstration. “He didn’t even get one stitch, but I guarantee you, he’s sore this morning he won’t make that mistake ever again,” said Gary Saurage. Saurage says what you see in the video should have never happened. If you look closely, you can see the alligator trying to wrap his tail around the trainer’s head. If he was successful, the trainer could have been killed.
