BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying and tracking down a man who robbed a Subway store early Monday evening. According to the victim, a man entered the Subway, located at 24830 S. Tamiami Trail, just before 7:30 p.m. The suspect told the clerk to hand him all the money in the register, then wait five minutes before calling police. In fear for her life, the clerk complied, and the suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Anyone with information on the identity and whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
