An Easter of Chocolate at the Ritz

NAPLES, Fla. – For more than 20 years The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples have been known for throwing some spectacular holiday gatherings and this year is no different.

Once again the resort is throwing an Easter day celebration and brunch that will most likely rival anything you’ve seen. The highlight of-course, chocolate, lots and lots of chocolate.

Sebastian Thieffine, Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples and his team actually plan to use 300 to 400 pounds of chocolate just for the Easter celebration.

Creating and sculpting everything from chickens to bunny’s and eggs. Not only are the sculptures a work of art but they’re actually edible and 100 percent chocolate. The Easter brunch celebration at The Ritz will feature more than chocolate though.

Guests will choose from more than 3,000 pastries and desserts, along with entrees such as: honey bourbon glazed ham, prime rib and roasted leg of lamb. All accompanied by live jazz music in the resorts famous Ritz-Carlton Ballroom.
