Celebrate 67 years of Swamp Buggy Racing

NAPLES, Fla. – For more than half a century one of the most unique sports in the world has been taking place in Collier County and this weekend they’re at it again.

The Florida Sports Park will host the 67th World Famous Swamp Buggy Races, as more than 60 competitors battle it out for the Budweiser Cup. Known as the “mile of mud,” top swamp buggy racers will work their way around the track at speeds up to 90 mph.

Race gates open at 4 p.m. on Saturday, advance admission starts at $7 for children and $17 for adults. The green flag drops at 6 p.m. and the Budweiser Cup Finale at 10:15 p.m. all followed by the famous queen mud bath.
