Fifth suspect in NFM home invasions appears in court

LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The last teenager to be arrested in a violent crime spree appeared in court Wednesday morning.

Authorities arrested 17-year-old Damien Licquia late Tuesday night. He now faces several charges including robbery, kidnapping and sexual battery.

Deputies tell WINK News Licquia, along with these four other suspects, invaded homes in the Suncoast area of North Fort Myers over the weekend.

All five suspects will spend the next 21 days in juvenile detention. Officials have not stated whether the teens will be charged as adults.
