Second victim in Charlotte County I-75 pileup dies

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla.- A second person involved in a multi-vehicle accident has died.

Florida Highway Patrol tells WINK News 77-year-old Charles Isenhower from Indiana passed away.

The crash involving nine vehicles happened Tuesday afternoon near mile marker 167 on the Peace River Bridge.

State troopers say the driver of a tractor trailer is to blame for the pileup.

Isenhower’s 72-year-old wife Patricia was also killed in the crash.
