Tickets still available for Alzheimer Association’s ‘Affair to Remember’

NAPLES, Fla.- Tickets are still available for the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter Alzheimer’s Association – ‘An Affair to Remember.’  The fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. at the Hilton Naples, 5111 North Tamiami Trail.

The evening will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres plus silent and live auctions. Guests are encouraged to wear their most fabulous cocktail attire. It will be the perfect night to wear purple to show support.

Bill Barnett, former Mayor of Naples and current City Council member, will be the special guest emcee and auctioneer. The special guest speaker will be William H. Thies, PhD., Senior Scientist in Residence for the National Alzheimer’s Association.

The Alzheimer’s Association’s ‘An Affair to Remember’ co-chairs are: Fay Mlinarch, Gail Neuharth, Pat Petrow, Donna Shands, and Cory Warther. Silent Auction Co-Chairs: Sara Mills and Sandi Wilson. Silent Auction Committee: Rachel Barlow, Chris Behm, Denise Cazobon, Ashley Hodson, and Joan Kaplan.

The mission of the Alzheimer’s Association is to eliminate Alzheimer‘s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
