CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla.- Northbound lanes of I-75 near mile marker 170 are closed due to a vehicle accident.

Officials say one man in his 20s was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.

Southbound traffic is moving slowly in the area.
