Alva greenhouses burn down in mulch fire

ALVA, Fla.- One person was sent to the hospital after three greenhouses went up in flames.

It happened off North River Road Friday afternoon.

The man’s wife says he was burning a mulch pile next to the greenhouses when it got out of control.

The couple’s home is fine, but no word yet on the man’s condition.
