FORT MYERS, Fla.- The Budweiser Clydesdales are in town! According to a Budweiser spokesperson, they’re here to celebrate their 82nd anniversary with Anheuser-Busch. WINK News checked out the iconic animals as they were getting ready for their public appearance. Some horses were getting baths and handlers were polishing their 130 pound harnesses and other hardware. The hitch team and red wagon will appear at various retail locations: *Wednesday, Feb. 11, 5 p.m.- 7 p.m.- Full hitch at Bell Tower Shops located on U.S. 41 & Daniels Pkwy. *Thursday, Feb. 12, 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.- Full hitch at The Shoppes of Pelican Preserve located at 10580 Colonial Blvd. *Friday, Feb. 13, 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.- Full hitch at Downtown Fort Myers on 1375 Monroe St. *Saturday, Feb. 14, 1 p.m.- 3 p.m.- One horse show at Gulf Point Square located at 15600 San Carlos Blvd. *Saturday, Feb. 14, 1:30 p.m. -3 p.m.- Budweiser Clydesdales stable viewing will take place at 1780 Palm Creek Dr.
