NORTH PORT, Fla. – Police are looking for a suspect who vandalized various areas of the Cocoplum Village Shoppes on January 19th. Officers located graffiti on several rear walls, garage bay doors, electrical boxes, and a garbage compactor of businesses in the shopping center located at 17179 Tamiami Trail. Surveillance video shows the suspect with long dark hair, wearing dark pants, a light colored sweatshirt and riding a skateboard. Authorities believe the suspect to be approximately 14 to 17 years of age.
