Lehigh Acres armed robbery

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. – Lee County deputies responded to an armed robbery at the Metro PCS at 4316 Lee Blvd. According to LCSO the suspect was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured in the robbery.

Deputies are searching for the suspect who is described as a male with a beard, approximately 6 feet tall in his mid to late twenties. He was last seen near the Shoppes of Lehigh Plaza. He was wearing a camouflage jacket, jeans and a dark colored baseball cape.
