CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Crews have finished repairing a water main break, restoring service to dozens of homes. The 16 inch line ruptured around 9 a.m. on Southeast 26th Terrace, off Country Club Boulevard. Cape Coral Utilities tells WINK News a 16 inch water main ruptured around 9 a.m., impacting about 30 homes. Crews say the large rocks surrounding the pipe are to blame. The pipe was built under and next to heavy rocks, the weight of which finally collapsed on the pipe.
