WASHINGTON (AP) – House Republicans plan to vote today to overturn President Barack Obama’s executive action that provides temporary deportation relief to some 4 million immigrants in the country illegally.

They also want to undo Obama’s 2012 policy that grants work permits and stays of deportation to more than 600,000 immigrants who arrived here illegally as children.

The legislation is being added to a bill to finance the Homeland Security Department through the rest of the budget year.
