MGN Online BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- A man is behind bars accused of molesting a girl five to eight years ago. Investigators say the victim told her mother that 31-year-old Joshua McCartney had touched her inappropriately while he babysat her. The victim told detectives there were three separate incidents — one that included McCartney allegedly taking pornographic photos of her. Lee County deputies arrested McCartney early Friday evening. He is now being held with no bond — facing several charges including capital sexual battery.
