LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- Friends say a woman is lucky to be alive after a man held her at knife point at a bank ATM. Lee County deputies say they are still searching for the suspect. It happened Thursday morning at the BB&T bank on Homestead Road North, in Lehigh Acres. Deputies say the woman was at the ATM just before 8:30 a.m., when a man got in her car, told her to drive and demanded money. Deputies say the victim refused to give the suspect money and that’s when he got out of her car and took off on foot. The suspect is described as a young man, wearing a black sweatshirt, denim jean shorts, white shoes and some facial hair.
