Sea Excursions offers Dolphin Study Eco Tour

Published: Updated:

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Kent Morse, a Florida Naturalist for Sea Excursions in Marco Island, stops by WINK to talk about the Dolphin Study Eco Tour.

If you’re looking for a way to entertain your kids or grand kids this holiday season, Sea Excursions has a Dolphin Study Eco Tour and Cruise available for families.

The cruise was listed in National Geographic’s “100 Places That Can Change Your Child’s Life.” Children are encouraged to take part as dolphin trackers by counting the dolphins they see and trying to identify them in the extensive database on board. Any child who discovers a new dolphin gets to name it! Occasionally they are able to spot a dolphin in trouble (caught in fishing line) and they are able to work with NOAA to track and rescue.

Tickets are $59 and are available throughout the holidays on the following website: https://www.zerve.com/DolphinTours. Zerve is a website that lists more than a thousand activities in Southwest Florida and 30 other markets around the country. On Zerve, you’ll find hundreds of holiday activity ideas including nature tours, sailing trips, food tastings and much more.
