FORT MYERS, Fla.- The victim of a hit-and-run accident that occurred last week is telling WINK News she lost her unborn baby.

Randi Pryor was riding her bike near the intersection of US 41 and Franklin Street last Friday night when she says she was hit by a car.

Pryor says the driver knocked her to the ground, into oncoming traffic before taking off.

“I just want this person to come forward and pay for what she did.”

Just days before Christmas, Pryor is feeling pain no parent should ever have to.

“Devastating, I wasn’t expecting it.”

The mother of two tells WINK News she was pregnant with her third child, but just days ago learned she had a miscarriage.

“I was dumbfounded, I was just holding my bike and was like ‘well wait,’ and I jumped up and started chasing her and she then got a block ahead of me and I lost her.”

The driver who caused the accident has not been caught yet.

Pryor told police the car was a gold four door Toyota Camry.
