NAPLES, Fla.- Hundreds of fans made their way to Tiburon Golf Club to watch some of the best in the PGA battle it out in the Franklin Templeton Shootout.

A lot of fans were watching the players on the course but many others were soaking up sweet deals away from the fairways and greens.

One competitive game was held inside a giant dome sized golf ball.

“This is pretty cool. You can enter to win a $200 gas gift card or you can putt to win a free t-shirt,” said one fan.

Other free events included a free golf swing analysis. While some didn’t even want to know how much help their game needed, others couldn’t wait to see how their swing compared to the pros.

“I thought he was going to take my posture and email it to a couple of the pros on the video thing to give them some help!’ said Larry Ross.

Just off the 18th green is also an entire alley dedicated to shopping. S if you can’t golf like the pros, maybe at least you can look the part.

“It’s definitely really hands on and I know a lot of the people really appreciate it. A lot of the locals, as well as a lot of people that travel to the tournament, really enjoy the atmosphere,” said Cullen Thomas.

There are still two more days to the tournament. It continues Friday and then wraps up on Saturday at Tiburon.
